Frequently asked about Al Rajhi statement conversion

My Al Rajhi statement is in Arabic. Does that work?+

Yes. Arabic column headings (التاريخ، البيان، مدين، دائن، الرصيد) are read as Date, Description, Debit, Credit and Balance, whether they sit beside English ones or stand alone. Narrations printed in Arabic stay in Arabic in your Excel file, in the right reading order, and Eastern Arabic digits are converted to ordinary numbers you can add up.

How do I know the conversion is right?+

Every statement prints a running balance, and BankXL re-does that arithmetic on every row: previous balance plus credit minus debit must equal the balance printed. A misread figure breaks the chain at that row, and the row is flagged in your Excel file with the amount it is off by — before you download. You are never handed a clean-looking sheet that is quietly wrong.

What about Hijri dates?+

When a statement prints both, the Gregorian date is used as the transaction date and the Hijri column is recognised for what it is — it is never mistaken for the transaction date. Statements that print only Hijri dates are not supported yet; if yours does, send it from the failure screen and we will add it.

Can I get the transactions into my accounting software?+

Excel and CSV import into Zoho Books, Odoo, QuickBooks and most other packages, and Tally XML imports straight into TallyPrime through Ctrl+I, with credits as Receipt vouchers and debits as Payment vouchers.

What happens to my statement?+

Nothing is kept. The PDF is read in memory and discarded the moment your file is ready — never written to disk, never passed to a third party, and no AI model of any kind sees it.
