Stop manually typing Emirates NBD transactions. Upload your Emirates NBD statement PDF and get a clean, formatted Excel file instantly — with all transactions, dates, and balances extracted automatically.
Yes. The currency is read from the statement itself rather than assumed, so an AED statement is formatted in AED and a USD or GBP sub-account in its own currency. Amounts printed as "AED 1,234.56" inside the cell are handled the same as amounts with the currency only in the column heading.
Every bank statement prints a running balance. BankXL checks each row against it — the previous balance plus the credit minus the debit must equal the balance on that row. A misread figure breaks the chain at that row, and the row is flagged in your Excel file with the amount it is off by, before you download. You are never handed a clean-looking sheet that is quietly wrong.
Yes, and it is one of the main reasons firms in the UAE use this. BankXL exports Tally XML that imports into Tally Prime or Tally ERP 9 through the built-in Ctrl+I, with credits as Receipt vouchers and debits as Payment vouchers.
It gives you the bank side in a clean, sortable sheet with a ledger head assigned to each line from the narration, which is the part that normally takes the time. What you do with it for an FTA return is your professional judgement — BankXL prepares data, it does not prepare returns.
Nothing is kept. The PDF is parsed in memory and discarded the moment your file is ready — never written to disk, never sent to any third party, and no AI model of any kind sees it. Your transactions are not stored either unless you switch that on yourself.
Click the button that appears on the failure to send us that file, and we will add the layout — that is how every format supported here got supported. You will get an email when it works. We use the file only to fix the parser and then delete it.
